Terms and Conditions

We send each customer a confirmation our understanding of our arrangements and prices. It is the customer's responsibility to see that all dates, times, locations and prices are correct. If there are any discrepancies you are required to notify us with-in 4 days of receiving BOOKING CONFERENCE NUMBER, posted in subject line- Deposit Requirements'  25% 30 days in advance - 50% 8-30 days in advance-. 100% 1-7 days in advance [all deposit are non-refundable]

Simply reply to our confirmation email with "CORRECTED INFORMATION" You will receive a new confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy or refund Must be in writing or fax

  • A Cancellation fee of 25% including gratuity will be charged for any cancellation .
  • A Charter cancellation that is made less than 96 hours before the scheduled pick up time will be charge the full amount,
  • Airport Transfer 48 Hrs.
  • All Cancellation Notices must be in writing, HIT REPLY ON YOUR CONF # TO SEND.or

  • All out of area pick-ups, Charters, Airport Transfer require 96 hours notice. November Limousine Service & Ft Myers Limo is not responsible for passenger flights, which are missed, canceled, diverted, and delayed or any other incident that results in failure to comply with the required cancellation policy.
  • We will exact our best effort to fulfill client needs, in these instances, subject to wait time fees or late cancellations and re-bookings, without detriment to other reserved clients 
  • Hurricane inclement weather no Cancellation a credit / Gift certificate will be issued
  • Additional Charges The following additional charges will apply for Airport service: 
  • $10.00 for reservations between the hours of 11:00 pm and 5:30 am
  • $10.00 extra baggage fee if luggage exceeds trunk capacity
  • $15.00 for all holiday reservations
  • $15.00 per stop made within the same city

There may be a $60.00 per hour waiting charge on all delayed flights beyond 1 hour . We monitor all flights and only dispatch once we have a received a final ETA. Beyond that, we will allow an extra hour of additional free waiting time before charges begin.

AT THE CHAUFFEURS DISCRETION, THE PURCHASER AGREES TO BE FULLY LIABLE FOR ALL CHARGES THAT MAY INCUR. 

  • $20.00 per broken glassware,
  • $ 45.00 per damaged DVD
  • $ 300.00 per damaged seat, $ 300.00 per damaged carpet, $ 400.00 per damaged mirror
  • $ 100.00 minimum for extensive cleanup (spills, etc.) $ 100.00 detailing and wax (due to sickness-exterior)
  • $ 200.00 shampoo and disinfecting (due to sickness interior)
  • $ 300.00 minimum for each burn hole, rip or tear to upholstery
  • $ 200.00 minimum for each act of vandalism
  • $200.00 Smoking in side limo disinfecting

No-Show Policy

A no show fee equal to the trip cost plus applicable waiting time, tolls, parking, and gratuity will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location for which a reservation has been made.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 25-50% is required on reservations for weddings, proms, night on the town, and all hourly charters. A credit card authorization form and liability form is also required before reservations are accepted.

Payment Procedures

Cash or Credit Card (American Express, Visa, and Master Card) is the standard accepted and agreed upon payment method. Charges will reflect costs incurred while performing transportation services for reservations placed with November Limousine Service by the customer, its agents, and any individuals requesting transportation as an authorized employee of the customer and will reflect costs including but not limited to trip charges, tolls, parking, gratuity, Fuel Surcharge, Administration Fee, and cellular telephone charges.  

Reservation Method

Reservations may be booked 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Reservations, changes or cancellations can be done online by logging onto our website at www. NovemberLimousine.com or may call our reservation numbers at  1-888-329-8822  1-888-329-8822 . In addition, reservations can be made via fax at 1-727-321-1500. Reservations are accepted up to 24 hours in advance. Less than 24-hour notice is subject to availability. It is suggested that the Customer supplies November Limousine Service  toll free number  1-888-329-8822  1-888-329-8822 to all traveling passengers.    

Indemnification and Hold Harmless

November Limousine Service and Customer each agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the other party from and against all claims, actions or causes of action, liabilities, including reasonable attorneys' fees, and costs arising from the defense of any claim, action, cause of action or liabilities arising out of or resulting from any act taken or committed by  November Limousine Service or Customer pursuant to the performance of each party's obligations hereunder.  November Limousine Service and Customer each agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the other party for any claim, action, cause of action, and liabilities which may be asserted by third parties arising out of the performance of either party's obligations pursuant to this contract, except for the willful misconduct or gross negligence of the other party.

Insurance

November Limousine Service  and Customer shall obtain and maintain and provide evidence of insurance upon request in amounts sufficient to provide coverage for any liabilities arising out of or resulting from the respective obligations pursuant to this agreement.  

Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute concerning the quality of service and / or any incidents thereto, the parties agree that they shall resolve such dispute by good faith negotiation or common law binding arbitration.

Waiver

If one party agrees to waive its right to enforce any term of this agreement, it does not waive its right to enforce such term or any or all other terms of this agreement at any other time.  November Limousine Service  does not guarantee arrival at or departure from any point at a specific time due to circumstances beyond its control such as accidents, breakdowns, traffic and road conditions, storms, etc. and shall not be held liable for claims resulting in delays from such condition November Limousine Service reserves the right to substitute the contracted vehicle in the event of such an occurrence mentioned above with a vehicle of like kind and quality. Customer waives all claims for consequential damages and agrees that liability shall be limited to the costs accrued to November Limousine Service  for the disputed service.  

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Florida. If any provision of the contract is unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Attorneys' Fees

In the event any legal action is taken by either party against the other party to enforce any of the terms and conditions of this agreement, it is agreed that the unsuccessful party to such action shall pay to the prevailing party therein all court costs, reasonable attorneys' fees, and expenses.  

Acceptance

If agreement as stated above meets with the approval of Customer, it will be considered accepted in its entirety unless written notice is received within 3 days by NovemberService.

Privacy Policy

The purpose of this Online Privacy Policy is to describe what types of personal information we collect from visitors to our Web site at www. Use of Information: November Limousine Service may use information collected from visitors to our Web sites for any of the following purposes (1) to perform the requested transportation services (2) to send marketing and other communications to our visitors, (3) to allow November Limousine Service to inform visitors of upcoming events, promotions, or activities on our site, (4) to conduct internal reviews of our site (e.g., to determine the number of visitors to the site), (5) to help us better understand visitors' use of our site, (6) to respond to specific requests from our visitors, (7) to conduct marketing research, and (8) to protect the security or integrity of our site non-personally identifiable information will be used for purposes of conducting internal reviews of the site and to provide an enhanced online experience for our visitors.
